Great for all ages. As soon as you step out of your car you will see some of the locals. The peacocks will be wondering around the carpark. Then through the front doors of reception is where the fun really begins, enclosures with lizards and turtles inside the gift shop! Going through the gates, you will be greeted by the hungry deer, you can purchase them some food at reception!

With over 160 species of animals in the zoo, the Halls Gap Zoo is the largest zoo in Regional Victoria. You will need at least a good couple of hours to see it all. TIP: Take a picnic lunch since there is a great communal area in the middle of the grounds near reception and the gift shop that has a playground.
